At Leodina Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, following EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Please note that the right to return goods is only applicable to consumers, not to business purchases.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned.
Gift cards and digital downloads are non-refundable.
Products marked as Sale may only be exchanged or refunded at the store’s discretion.
3. Procedure
Contact us first:
Send an email to [ info@leodina.de] with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for the return.
Wait for confirmation:
You will receive return instructions and the return address confirmation.
Send the product:
Pack it securely and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference.

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Please note:
We cannot refund delivery costs beyond standard shipping.
Refund times depend on your payment provider or bank.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the preferred product.
