1. Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §355 BGB and the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email):

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We will not charge you any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
3. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods to the following address without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract:

4. Exclusions and Limitations of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings) if they were unsealed after delivery.
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Digital products or downloads once the download has started with your express consent.
